Return Policy

Happiness guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way, Horze SA gives you 14 days from date of purchase in which you may return or exchange your item.

We have a separate policy where it concerns leather products. We give clients 4 weeks from day of purchase to send back any faulty leather products for inspection by our team. If this product has been damaged, soiled or it is normal wear & tear we reserve the right to not replace it but send you back your product at our own cost.

How do I return?

Please note that all items marked as ALL SALE ITEMS FINAL or all discounted items, unless otherwise marked, are FINAL SALE items. These products cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. We understand the inconvenience but have to stick to our policies on sale items.

If you would like to return a non-sale item or have any inquiries on a specific return please email us at info@horze.co.za and we’ll arrange the return or exchange with you.  You may return any item if you have informed us on email and we have confirmed within 7-14 days of your purchase as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent to you. Your money will be refunded back to the banking details provided to us, only after inspection of product returned by our team of customer service experts.

To return or exchange your item, pack it carefully in a separate box or padded post envelope and send it together with an printed copy of the sales order or invoice you received on email after placing the order on our website.

Or if you prefer sending it via POSTNET to POSTNET which is only R 99.00 that is also in order. The delivery period cannot be guaranteed with South African postal service so we prefer using Postnet to Postnet, thus please send us the tracing number for this and we will follow it as it moves.

Exchange

You may exchange an item for a different size or color, but not for another product. If Horze-Equestrian is unable to provide the size or color you require, you will be contacted and offered another size or color, or a refund of your money. For exchanges, please make it clear which size you require. We will cover the cost of the return, once per order. If you ask for further exchanges, shipping will be charged by Horze-Equestrian.

Refunds and Claims

The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve the right to have minor differences in product colors and details. If you have any doubts regarding these details then we advise you to contact our customer service or email us at info@horze.co.za before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in color do not justify a claim.

The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid will determine whether a worn out product is eligible for refund.

Unclaimed order

If your order is returned unclaimed to Horze-Equestrian, we will contact you by email, telephone and mail. If Horze-Equestrian cannot reach you within 14 days, you will be invoiced for the item and return/administration costs and the item will be returned to our warehouse.

*Please note, however, that Horze-Equestrian is unable to provide a refund for any items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. In addition, no refund or exchanges can be obtained on items that have been ordered with embroidery.
